How your order travels from us to you.
Delivery
Delivery is arranged once your order is confirmed with you on WhatsApp. Free delivery applies on orders over Rs. 5,000. For smaller orders, the applicable delivery amount is confirmed with you before we pack anything — nothing is added after you agree.
Timing
Timing depends on your city and the piece you order. Fresh gajray are tied close to dispatch, so we agree a delivery window with you in the chat rather than promising a fixed date upfront.
Tracking
Once your order is on the way, updates come through the same WhatsApp chat — including the tracking details for your parcel where applicable.
Delivery goes to the wrong place?
If a parcel is delayed or delivered to the wrong address, message us on WhatsApp with your order name and we’ll chase it with you.
